Experienced Family Law Attorney Scott Banks Joins the Swain Law Group-October 1, 2017
The Swain Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Banks, effective October 1, 2017. Scott has over a decade of experience providing zealous representation and outstanding service to family law clients in matters ranging from divorce, child custody, child support, modifications of existing orders, paternity actions, juvenile matters, guardianships. Scott has also handled numerous complex family law matters that have resulted in successful non-jury trial verdicts across the state of Oklahoma.
Scott also has experience handling personal injury, probate matters, contract disputes, tax disputes / protests, and condemnation actions,
Scott will primarily work out of our office in Norman but will be available for meetings in El Reno, OK and Marietta, OK when necessary.
